This golden eagle frequents us occasionally. Rarely do we catch him sitting still perched on a pole. Often his wings are spread as he soars through the sky, scanning for his next prey. By breaking him into little pieces, my segmental style connects the random shapes and colors into the creature as a whole. Each feather joins together to give flight.
